Allan Berliant is the founder, President, and CEO of Kitchen Cuisine Brands, with over 40 years of experience in food manufacturing. A graduate of Cornell University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Cincinnati, Allan entered the food industry in 1983 with Pierre Frozen Foods. He advanced within the organization as it was acquired by Hudson Foods, which was eventually acquired by Tyson Foods. Allan's expertise was primarily in sales and marketing, where he rose to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During this time, he gained extensive hands-on experience in product development, brand building, execution of sales and marketing strategies, and general management within the Foodservice, Retail, Club, Vending, C-Store, School, and CPG sectors.

Nurturing his entrepreneurial spirit, Allan transitioned from the corporate world by purchasing his first manufacturing plant in 1995. Since then, he has bought, built, and sold numerous manufacturing facilities and businesses. His experience now extends far beyond sales and marketing to include financial oversight, general management, and full operational control of food manufacturing facilities. This unique blend of corporate and direct sales experience, combined with hands-on operational expertise in privately held manufacturing, gives Allan unparalleled insight into the food supply industry.

Currently, Allan is focused on his latest venture as the founder and owner of Kitchen Cuisine Brands. Operating in the co-manufacturing space, Kitchen Cuisine Brands is a value-added organization that not only manufactures directly but also offers turn-key solutions to help brands with their co-packing needs. The company’s unique business model is built upon Allan's extensive network of relationships, which provides customers with access to a wide range of manufacturing sub-contractors and partners, capable of fulfilling nearly any co-packing requirement a brand may have.
